Composition: Wales

Come and hear the latest in composition in Wales, as composers worthy of wider exposure have the opportunity to hear their works performed by the Orchestra.

Run in association with Composers of Wales, Tŷ Cerdd, Vale of Glamorgan Festival and Welsh Music Guild, this annual project supports the development and exposure of Welsh, and Wales-based, compositional talent. Conducted by BBC NOW’s Principal Conductor, Ryan Bancroft, this year’s composition mentors will include our Composer in Association, Gavin Higgins, and Composer Affiliate, Sarah Lianne Lewis.
