Welsh Glamorgan sausages recipe

Help your child make some delicious Welsh Glamorgan sausages with this simple recipe.

  • 3 slices of brown bread (grated)
  • 3 slices of white bread (grated)
  • 120g cheese
  • 2 sprigs of curly parsley
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp english mustard powder
  • 5 or 6 twists of cracked black pepper
  • 2 baby leeks
  • 3 dsp flour
  • olive oil
