You will need
- 1 mason / glass jar
- alfalfa seeds
- muslin cloth
- string / elastic band
- water

Ensure you use seeds suitable for home sprouting and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Always wash your hands before and after handling seeds intended for sprouting and clean all equipment thoroughly using hot soapy water before and after use.
