Make witches' fingers for Halloween!

Get spooky this Halloween and bake Witches' Fingers with Karis, who plays young Elphaba in Wicked, and Hacker T Dog! A frightfully fun treat to snack on, let’s get baking!

You will need
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 220g softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 340g plain flour
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • Whole blanched almonds or white chocolate buttons
  • Salt
  • Green food colouring
  • Strawberry jam

What are witches' fingers?

Witches’ fingers are spooky Halloween treats that look just like creepy witch hands! They’re usually made from biscuit or cookie dough, shaped into long, knobbly fingers with an almond or chocolate button for a fingernail. Some even have a dab of red jam to make them extra gory (in a fun way, of course!).

🚨 Ask a grown-up to help you when baking with hot or sharp equipment! 🚨
