RHS Garden Rosemoor

RHS Garden Rosemoor reflects local history and the unique character of West Country gardens, its 65 acres nestled within encircling woodlands in the valley of the River Torridge in north Devon. Its sculptured gardens, restful parkland, meadows and trees reflect the richness and biodiversity of its setting, and exciting colours, scents and textures stimulate all the senses in every season.

Perhaps most famous for its two spectacular Rose Gardens, Rosemoor boasts everything from a naturalistic Woodland Garden filled with rhododendrons and camellias, to the quintessentially English Long Borders, 150m of outstanding annuals, perennials, shrubs and bulbs. Another unmissable space is the riot of colour to be found in the Hot Garden in summer, soon to be joined by the complementary Cool Garden with a palette of white and blue flowers and silvery foliage, set to open in 2019. The recently-opened Stumpery is a fascinating spot to see lush ferns and other shade-loving plants growing among the gnarled roots of upturned tree stumps.

RHS Garden Rosemoor is one of over 200 attractions around the UK that Blue Peter badge holders can get into for free.

To gain free entry, each child must have a Blue Peter badge, a valid Blue Peter badge ID card and be accompanied by a full paying or concessionary adult. If a paying adult is accompanied by two children with badges and valid badge cards, free entry will be given for both children.

If a disabled badge holder is accompanied by a registered carer, both can gain free entry. Carers must bring supporting documents.
