Everyone was shocked when a fight broke out at this year's Village Fete between some local youths and the Home Farm fruit pickers. This wasn't the first instance of trouble the seasonal workers have experienced this year - there was a fracas at a pickers' party as well as graffiti on their caravans.
Fortunately, brave Ed stepped in and chased them off shouting "this ends now, all this…rubbish - Don’t bother, mate, I know your dad!"
Sending out a stark warning that this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated in Ambridge.
