Iafeta Palea'aesina
Palea'aesina was released on bail
Wigan rugby league player Iafeta Palea'aesina is to go on trial accused of breaking a bus driver's jaw.

The New Zealand prop forward is alleged to have punched James Campbell, 29, in the face during an incident at Wigan North West railway station.

The 25-year-old appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday to deny inflicting grievous bodily harm.

Mr Palea'aesina, of Holmeswood Road, Rufford, Lancashire, was told he will go on trial on 28 April.

The alleged assault took place at 0520 GMT on 6 October in the car park of the railway station.
