Home Heat Helpline - 0800 33 66 99 This free phone helpline was set up by the Energy Retail Association and offers practical energy advice for people concerned about bills. The Home Heat Helpline is open 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.
