Paul Lewis took your questions on mortgages and put them to a panel of expert guests on Wednesday's programme. Gross mortgage lending rose from £9.9 billion in February to £11.5 billion in March say the Council of Mortgage Lenders, a 16% increase. Yet lending is 52% lower than March 2008. First time buyers, people with deposits of only 10% and homeowners with little equity may find their choice is limited.
