Glasgow is competing against Abuja in Nigeria to host the event

The chairman of the Commonwealth Games Evaluation Commission has praised Glasgow's bid for the 2014 event.
John Tierney said that a fact finding trip by his committee to Glasgow had been "informative and productive".
He said all aspects of the city's bid from infrastructure to political support had been "truly impressive".
A decision on whether Glasgow will be chosen for the 2014 games instead of Abuja in Nigeria will be made later this year.
The five-man team arrived in Glasgow on Sunday and have been looking at political and legal issues as well as the venues and village arrangements for the games.
The commission has heard from key city figures including Strathclyde Police Chief Constable Willie Rae and council chief executive George Black.
A tour of the city saw members visit Hampden, Ibrox, Celtic Park and the SECC.
A spokesman for the Glasgow 2014 bid said: "The visit has been demanding of us but also extremely interesting and informative.
"The Evaluation Committee has looked at every aspect of our bid in great
detail.
"We hope that they have seen the strength of what Glasgow has to offer."
