Boots has been re-structuring

The Boots Company has confirmed plans to scale down its personnel department at the company's headquarters in Beeston.
Staff are being consulted over the move, which could see 150 job losses.
For the past six months Boots has been cutting jobs across the UK.
Its Airdrie factory closed and Wellbeing beauty treatment centres were scrapped.
Elsewhere the company has contracted out its information technology, warehousing and distribution operations.
However Tuesday's announcement about the personnel department represents the largest number of redundancies in one department so far.
Three hundred people currently work in the area.
A Boots spokesman said there would be no further comment ahead of the company's annual results, due out on Thursday.
