Mr Khan did not attend the court

Boxer Amir Khan has been warned he could be arrested if he does not attend court to face a speeding charge.
Mr Khan, 20, of Bolton, is accused of driving at 140mph on the M62 near Rochdale, Greater Manchester, on New Year's Eve last year.
Mr Khan and his legal team did not attend Rochdale Magistrates' Court for the pre-trial review on Friday.
District Judge Tim Devas said the boxer could be arrested if he fails to turn up at next week's rescheduled hearing.
Judge Devas said: "The matter will proceed to a conclusion one way or the other next week.
"If he [Mr Khan] does not attend, a warrant for his arrest could be issued."
He also said that he would like a letter from Mr Khan's legal team explaining why they could not attend, adding that he may refer the matter to the Law Society.
Mr Khan is also charged with failing to produce a driving licence or insurance certificate.
Judge Devas adjourned the case until Friday 2 November.
