The boards were stolen gradually

A wall mural in east London by well-known graffiti artist Banksy has been all but stolen piece by piece.
The artwork in Brick Lane, which consisted of black letters stencilled onto a white background, spelled out 'to advertise here call 0800 Banksy'.
Last week thieves removed the majority of the boards in two nights.
Combining graffiti with a distinctive stencilling technique, Banksy's artwork has appeared in cities across the UK and the world.
John Brophy, who walks past the mural every day, said: "This is terrible. It cheers me up on the way to work.
"Every time I walk past it there is always someone taking photos of it. Everyone knows that area as the Banksy Bridge so I think he should come back and do it again."
