A new animal charity hospital which was built with the help of local supporters who raised £2m is to be officially opened by the Princess Royal.
The Blue Cross hospital on Nelson Street in Grimsby opened its doors in July after a two-year drive to raise the funds for the facility.
Head vet Louise Ayre said the centre provided care for the pets of those who could not afford private vets fees.
Princess Anne is expected to see the centre's work in November.
