Israel's new Holocaust History Museum in Jerusalem recalls the six million Jews killed by the Nazis.

Individuals' stories are highlighted in the Hall of Names, which contains 600 photos and millions of pages of testimonials.

The museum has tried to re-connect the story of industrial slaughter to that of individuals' lives and deaths.

Only the top of the building is exposed, while most of the rest of the building is embedded in the Mount of Remembrance.
