Will gets jiggy at the Brits ![]() Fan of award ceremonies: Will Smith
Will Smith and Ricky Martin have been added to the performers appearing at Friday's Brit Awards ceremony.
Other artists performing live include Travis, Macy Gray, and dance outfit Basement Jaxx. The Spice Girls and Geri Halliwell will also make separate live appearances, while Tom Jones will team up with Stereophonics to perform Mama Told Me Not To Come.
One of the more intriguing partnerships will come when Queen team up with boy band Five to perform a version of the older group's classic We Will Rock You.
The Chemical Brothers lead the nominations for this year's awards, with four: best British album for Surrender, best British dance act, best British single for Hey Boy, Hey Girl, and best British video for Let Forever Be. Fellow club acts Fatboy Slim and Basement Jaxx are close behind on three, as are guitar band Travis. The awards will be hosted by TV presenter Davina McCall, and will be broadcast on ITV on Saturday. BBC Radio 1 will be broadcasting live from Earl's Court on Friday. |
