Rock star Ozzy Osbourne is on the mend after being injured in a quad bike crash, his daughter Kelly has said after visiting him in a UK hospital.
She said her father had been awake and must have been feeling better because he had moaned about the nurses.
"He gave me the thumbs-up and stuck his tongue out at me," said the singer, who has released a duet with her father.
Osbourne is on a ventilator after he fractured eight ribs and a vertebra in his neck in the accident on Monday.

Osbourne, 55, remains "comfortable and stable" in intensive care at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough, Berkshire after the accident at his £3m estate in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire.
He has also been visited by his wife Sharon, who flew in from Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Kelly, who had just recorded the Black Sabbath track Changes with her father, said: "He woke up today. He couldn't talk because of the tube in his mouth but he was able to mouth words. He told us that he loved us.
"He has been complaining about the nurses so we know he's all right."
Asked about how the accident happened, she said: "He was
in a field and there was grass covering a hole and the bike went in the hole and fell on top of him."
Tour manager Bill Greer said the Osbourne family were very
moved by the flood of flowers, messages and cards sent by fans.
