Rogoff: Dramatic action needed

A former chief economist at the IMF has said there needs to be "very dramatic, forceful action" to help fix the global economy.

Kenneth Rogoff, now a professor of economics, said worrying about inflation now is like "worrying about the measles when you might get the plague".
