Daley: 'Normal rules don't exist in recession'

William Daley, vice chairman of JP Morgan Chase, has said he believes the World Economic Forum may be facing its worst crisis.

He told the BBC's Tanya Beckett that banks had a responsibility to help the economy out of the downturn, but not at the expense of shareholders or customers.
