RBS boss: 'We're under no illusion'

Royal Bank of Scotland has reported a record loss of £24.1bn, the largest annual loss in UK corporate history.

Speaking at a news conference, RBS chief executive Stephen Hester said the bank was "under no illusions" about the scale of the losses.
