In Pictures: Chinese air crash
A China Northern Airlines plane carrying 112 people has crashed into the sea near Dalian in north-east China.
The official Xinhua News Agency said more than 60 bodies had been found and there was little hope of finding any survivors.
Boats of all sizes were quick to scour the site
The grim task of recovering bodies went on all night
By dawn the accident's impact was clear
Relatives could do little more than wait
Many of the victims were returning from family visits
