It's the European Parliament's Petitions Committee - a vehicle by which according to Euro enthusiasts the EU tries to respond to the concerns of its citizens.
From a Euro sceptic point of view - another example of the way the EU interferes in matters which should be the responsibility solely of the national parliament.
