Estonian President on ferry disaster report
The report says that while the Estonia had design faults, the crew was slow to respond to signs of trouble
Estonian President Lennart Meri's comments on the Estonia ferry disaster report as broadcast by Estonian radio:
[Lennart Meri in Estonian] The Estonia was flying the blue-black-white flag of Estonia. It was a small part of the Republic of Estonia.
